The exciting Genshin Impact video shows the upcoming character Kamisato Ayato performing with plenty of attack speed buffs.
New Genshin Dampak Impact characters are almost always the focal point of new updates. The last few updates have had a similar pattern of releasing new characters in addition to reruns of double banners.
Hoyoverse developers usually introduce new additions to their playable roster exactly one update before their official release. Official Genshin Dampak Impact Social media accounts have confirmed the arrival of a new Hydro character, Kamisato Ayato.
An interesting video post on the official Genshin Dampak Impact A subreddit leak shows a new character Kamisato Ayato matching up with increased attack speed. Players use the characters Jean, Yun Jin, and Chongyun, as well as the Skyward Blade to apply several attack speed buffs to Ayato. The result was spectacular and Ayato slashed at the unlucky Hilichurl with incredible speed. This also started a discussion in the comments section about why the Hoyoverse continues to ignore attack speed stats. Some in-game characters will benefit from an increased attack speed artifact set.
Kamisato Ayato is probably one of the most anticipated characters in the game as the game’s main story reveals that he is the head of the Kamisato clan. Much like his sister, Ayato’s official art shows him wielding a sword, which would make him the second Hydro sword character after Xingqiu. He is expected to appear on the first banner for Genshin Dampak Impact update 2.6, which is according to the game’s usual update schedule, will arrive around April 10, 2022.
Previous leaks have revealed that Ayato can become very strong Genshin Dampak Impact DPS characters and numbers have been buffed several times. He will have a strong focus on Normal Attack, similar to the recently released Geo character Arataki Itto. A recent post on the same subreddit has revealed descriptions for his two skills:
- Elemental Skill (E) infuses Ayato’s attacks with Hydro damage and increases his range and AoE effect. It allowed Ayato to dash to the side while throwing his empty shell of himself mocking the enemy.
- Elemental Burst (Q) creates an area of damage and all allies standing in the field will receive an attack speed buff.
Other Genshin Dampak Impact a character named Shikanoin Heizou was originally rumored to be released in the same update as Ayato, but his absence from Twitter’s official announcement means that he may have been delayed for one of the future updates. There is still not much information about this mysterious character other than that he is a vision holder of Anemo and a popular detective from Inazuma.
Genshin Dampak Impact now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is under development.
