The official Genshin Impact Twitter account has revealed two weapons that will arrive in the upcoming update. The five-star Verity Kagura catalyst will be the signature weapon for the recently confirmed one Genshin Dampak Impact Yae Miko character and has the following stats:

  • Weapon Type: Catalyst
  • Basic Attack: 46-608
  • Secondary Stat (Crit Damage) 14.4% – 66.2%
  • Passive: Weapon users will get the Kagura Dance effect when using Elemental Skills which causes skill damage to characters using this weapon to increase by 12% for 16 seconds. This effect has three stacks and characters will get 12% bonus damage to all elements when they have 3 stacks

The second weapon is called the Oathsworn Eye, and is confirmed to be a four-star weapon. A recent tweet by a credible leaker named Ubatcha1 has revealed that the weapon will apparently be obtained for free by completing some future quests. Genshin Dampak Impact update 2.5. The new weapon has the following stats:

  • Weapon Type: Catalyst
  • Rarity: Four star
  • Base Attack: 565
  • Secondary Stat (Percentage of attack): 27.6%
  • Passive: People of the Faltering Light: Increases Energy Recharge by 24% for ten seconds after using an Elemental Skill

Oathsworn Eye could be a great choice for DPS Catalyst characters, including Ningguang, Klee, Mona, or the recently announced Yae Miko. Even though miHoYo reveals his signature five-star weapon, the Eye of Oath can still be a great option for players who aren’t going to spend their Primogem on the weapon banner. The passiveness of this weapon makes many players believe that this weapon is the right choice for Yae considering he apparently has an Energy Recharge problem.

Yae Miko’s secondary status is Crit rate which means she will most likely become a powerful Genshin Impact DPS character. He is also confirmed to be the usual holder of Electro Vision for Inazuma’s character. Yae’s Elemental Skill allows her to move quickly leaving a pile of “Lethal Sakura” that periodically deals damage to a single nearby enemy target. This type of skill meant that he could also be a great fit for sub-DPS roles. Yae element explosions will cause lightning and thunder dealing AoE electro damage.
